Privacy policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
The short version: TraderTable has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. Your watchlists and settings stay in your browser, and we never receive them.
This policy covers the TraderTable browser extension and the website at tradertable.com (together, “TraderTable”).
What we do not collect
- We do not ask you to create an account.
- We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies.
- We never receive your watchlists, tickers, chosen services or which links you open.
- We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not have any to sell.
Where your settings live
- Extension. Your watchlists, columns, custom services and preferences are saved with Chrome's storage API. If you are signed in to Chrome with sync on, Google syncs that data between your own devices under your Google account. We have no access to it.
- Web table. If you use tradertable.com/app without the extension, the same settings are saved in your browser's local storage on that device only.
- Export files and share links. An export is a file on your computer. A share link carries the setup inside the part of the address after the
#, which browsers do not send to servers. Anyone you give the link to can see the watchlists in it.
Extension permissions
- storage: to save the settings described above.
- Access to tradertable.com: a small script runs on this site only, so the full table here can read and save the same settings as the popup. The extension cannot read or change any other website, and does not read your browsing history or tabs.
“Already opened” highlighting uses your browser's built-in visited-link styling. TraderTable cannot read which links are visited.
Links to other services
TraderTable's whole job is to open pages on other websites. When you click a cell, your browser goes to that site, which will see your IP address and the page you asked for, and may see that you came from tradertable.com. Each of those services has its own privacy policy and terms, and we do not control them.
Embedded chart
The ticker panel in the full table can show a chart provided by TradingView. It loads from tradingview.com only when you open the panel, and TradingView receives the ticker and standard request data such as your IP address. You can switch it off in Settings under Preferences.
Hosting and server logs
The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.
Contact form
If you send a message through the contact page we store what you entered (name, email, message, any service details) together with the time and the country your request came from. We use it only to reply and to act on your request, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Children
TraderTable is a tool for adults who research investments and is not directed at children under 16.
Your choices
- Remove everything at any time: use “Reset everything” in Settings, clear site data for tradertable.com, or uninstall the extension.
- For a copy or deletion of a contact-form message, write to us through the contact page.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to what the extension can access would also appear as a new permission prompt in your browser.
